For global health fellows, the annual learning event is a valuable opportunity to learn from and support one another to get the most from the fellowship year and beyond. It’s a chance for the outgoing fellows to reflect on the year, their key achievements and learnings, and to share any tips and advice. For incoming fellows it’s a chance to get to know one another, gain a better understanding of the fellowship, and think about what they want to achieve. For all, including global health fellow supervisors, it’s a chance to better understand the programme – including CGHP’s and NHS England’s role, expectations for the year, support and guidance on offer, and how to develop a fellowship alumni network.
