Our Giving Circle brings together like-minded people who understand the importance of global health.
Over the next two years, as we approach our 20th Anniversary in 2027, we aim to raise £250,000 through our Giving Circle to support our ambitious programme of activity and realise our vision for the future.
By becoming a member of our Giving Circle, your generous support will enable us to:
- Develop and grow our key partnerships with Kenya, Malawi, Myanmar, Uganda, and Zimbabwe, helping tackle global health challenges including antimicrobial resistance, maternal and neonatal health, critical care, paediatric cancer, HIV and hearing loss.
- Explore and foster new partnerships to address areas of urgent healthcare need across the globe, such as improving services for patients with cancer in India and tackling Hepatitis B in Ghana.
- Expand and increase our grants programme to allow more healthcare workers to get involved in global health.
- Grow and extend our electives scheme to enable more students on both sides of health partnerships to get involved.
“Global health is also local health. Through guidance, surveillance, and mutual partnerships, we can close that gap in health inequalities to ensure the best possible care is provided for patients far away and within our own communities.”
Elizabeth Walsh, Staff Nurse, CUH

The annual commitment is particularly important as it provides sustained funding that allows CGHP and our partners to plan for the future.

As a member of the Giving Circle, you will receive dedicated communications with up-to-date news from CGHP and our projects showing the impact of your support. You will also be invited to special events throughout the year and have the opportunity to meet with our members and partners to hear directly about the vital work you are helping make possible.
